Order Processing Timeline
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is sent.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Order Tracking Support
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track your package’s status through our website or directly on the carrier’s platform. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Tax Responsibilities
Indsywest is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to international orders. All additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damaged items, please send a clear photo of the damage to support@indsywest.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or full refund for any items damaged during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Indsywest cannot be held liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are later lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with nearby neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
